During the event Regional Directors and Business Heads, Mr Nishant Ohri, Mr Jalaj Tiwari, Mr Shawar Khan, Mr Lincon Kathuria, Mr Shivam Pandey, Govt Business Head Mr Vineet Vikram, Chief HR Office Mr Neeraj Ojha shared the insight of the Vision 2.0 of Vserv Infosystems. All team leaders, Mr Sudhir Gaur, Chief Education officer, Mr Nitesh Agnihotri, Country Head, Service Delivery, Mr Abhijit Sarkar, IMS Practice Head, Ms Sarita Chauhan, Head- Corporate Strategy, Mr Sanjeev Bhatia, Vice President – Western Region, Mr Amit Yadav, Vice President – Vserv 2.0 Initiatives, other Regional Heads and Senior team members presented their performance and shared their strategy for this quarter. All high performing team members for last quarter were recognised and rewarded. Pragati, annual planner of VSERV Infosystems for internal team was launched during the event.
The team then left for Rishikesh where a nature retreat was planned to continue the reviews along with training activities and rejuvenation at a beautiful site by the stream. The next day begin with enthusiasm; early morning all participants went for a 3 km walk to the river, followed by learning stretching and light exercises to avoid next and back issues while working. The formal program started with an AMT activity called Microlab to help participants understand how to set and achieve their goals together. This was followed by an idea writing group competition (VQuest) for achieving our larger mission by 2024. Each team member participated with zeal and full team spirit.
Day 3 started with 3 km walk and exercise session at river side. The formal day started with rigorous target setting exercise, brainstorming, followed by announcing winners of VQuest competition and singing competition. To unwind river rafting was organised for team members, some stayed back for relaxing and site seeing. The day ended well with strategic games and discussions. Day 4 was about revising what we learnt, summarising and concluding the 4 day program.
The conference was memorable and full of learning. The team came back stronger with high spirit, great bonds and strong strategy for this quarter and times to come.
